Lips: Slightly smiling, tense, not rounded.
Tongue: Tense, high and far forward near the roof of the mouth.
/i/ 不是简单的中文“衣”。它的核心是:嘴角微微向两边拉开,舌头高、靠前,而且整个发音比较紧。你可以把它理解成一个“明亮、紧致、靠前”的元音。
不要把 /i/ 发成 /ɪ/。比如 meet 不能读成 mit,sheep 不能读成 ship。/i/ 要更长、更亮、更紧。
/i/ = 嘴角微笑 + 舌头高靠前 + 声音紧而亮。典型词:meet, see, green, Chinese。

/ɪ/ 是 sit 里的短 i 音。它和 /i/ 最大的区别不是单纯“长短”,而是放松程度不同。/i/ 更紧、更亮;/ɪ/ 更短、更松。
/i/ 像 meet:紧、长、亮。
/ɪ/ 像 sit:松、短、轻。
