Lips: Very rounded and tense.
Tongue: A bit tense, moves from the mid high to the high position.
/oʊ/ 是 boat, home, road, no 里的音。
它不是一个静止的“哦”，而是一个双元音：声音从 /o/ 向 /ʊ/ 滑动。
所以读 boat 时，要有一点从“欧”往后收的感觉。
发 /oʊ/ 时，嘴唇要明显变圆，而且有一点紧。
舌头从中高位置移动到更高的位置。
这个音的关键是：圆唇 + 滑动。
不要把 boat 读成短短的 bot。
boat 是 /oʊ/，有滑动；
bought 是 /ɔ/，没有这种明显滑动。
