Lips: Tense, rounded, as if blowing a balloon.
Tongue: Slightly tense, high.
/u/ 是 too, food, school, blue 里的长“乌”音。
它比 /ʊ/ 更长、更紧，嘴唇也更圆。
你可以把它想成：嘴唇像要吹气球一样圆起来，声音往后收。
/ʊ/ 像 good：短、松、嘴唇只是稍微圆。
